Yoga for Cancer® – Online Course
A carefully adapted online yoga course for people during or after cancer treatment.

This course is designed to support the physical, emotional, and mental challenges that cancer and cancer treatment often bring. Whether you are currently in treatment or moving through recovery, Yoga for Cancer offers a safe, supportive, and accessible way to reconnect with your body.

Created by Camilla Strandmark — cancer survivor, specialist nurse, yoga teacher, and mindfulness teacher — this course combines movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and compassion-based practices to support healing, strength, and wellbeing.

This course may help you:

  • reduce stress, anxiety, and fear
  • ease fatigue and stiffness
  • improve mobility, flexibility, and strength
  • support sleep and recovery
  • meet your body with more trust, care, and confidence
  • find a gentle way back to movement after treatment

The course contains 5 modules:

  • Learn about Cancer & Yoga
  • Movement & Yoga
  • Breath & Yoga
  • Mindfulness & Yoga
  • Compassion & Yoga

The course is divided into five sections with different focus areas, so you can practice in a way that suits your own needs, energy, and daily life.

You get:

About Camilla

Hi 👋 I’m Camilla, a cancer survivor who is passionate about sharing yoga with anyone living with cancer or navigating life after treatment. I’ve been there myself, and I know how important it is to feel supported, safe, and gently guided on the healing journey.

I’m a nurse, yoga teacher, mindfulness teacher, coach, and acupuncturist, and I love bringing together the best of Western medicine and Eastern healing traditions to support the whole person — body, mind, and heart.
