• Payment is processed securely via Teya. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.

• Bookings for scheduled classes and events are binding and non-refundable.

• If Yogamind.is cancels a class or event, you will be offered either a refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available session.

• For multi-day events or retreats, cancellation terms may vary and will be specified in connection with the specific event.

4. Participation and responsibility

• All participants are responsible for their own health and safety. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

• Inform the instructor of any relevant health conditions before class or event participation.

• Yogamind.is is not liable for any injuries, health conditions, or other damages arising during or after participation in our services.

• All materials shared during classes and events, including recordings or written guides, are the intellectual property of Yogamind.is and may not be shared or reproduced without prior written consent.
