Mindfulness Coaching 1:1 sessions
We can’t always control what happens around us: stress, relationships, grief, cancer, worry, illness… But how we meet life is deeply shaped by what’s happening within—your nervous system, your thoughts, and your body.
When your mind is loud, your body is in “high gear,” or you get stuck in worry and self-criticism, everyday life becomes heavier than it needs to be. Even the good things can feel far away.
Mindfulness Coaching is a support to come back to yourself. Not by “fixing you,” but by creating safety in the body, making sense of what’s going on, and building small, sustainable habits that make a real difference.
Mindfulness Coaching is a collaboration. I bring guidance, experience, and concrete tools—and you bring curiosity and a willingness to take steps at your own pace.

Frequently Asked Questions About Yoga
Yoga can support both body and mind by improving mobility, strength, balance, and breathing efficiency, while also helping regulate the stress response.
Research suggests it may be helpful for common issues like back/neck pain, stiffness, tension headaches, stress and anxiety symptoms, sleep difficulties, fatigue, and overall wellbeing—especially when practiced regularly and adapted to your needs.
Yoga is not a replacement for medical care, but it can be a valuable complement alongside other treatments and healthy lifestyle habits.
Yoga affects the body through gentle movement, breath and attention. Regular practice can improve flexibility, mobility and balance, support circulation and lymphatic flow, and build functional strength. It also helps regulate the nervous system—often lowering stress responses—by combining slow breathing with mindful movement. Many people notice less muscle tension, better posture, improved sleep and more steady energy over time. Effects vary between individuals, and yoga should always be adapted to your needs and any medical conditions.
There’s no one-size-fits-all, but consistency matters more than intensity.
For most people, 2–3 sessions per week is a great start to feel benefits like less tension, better mobility and improved sleep.
Even 10–15 minutes a day can make a difference for stress regulation and posture. If you’re dealing with pain, recovery, or high stress, shorter and gentler practices more frequently (3–5 times/week) often work best.
Listen to your body, and choose a pace you can sustain.
Yes—yoga is safe for most people because you are always in charge of how far you go.
You choose the depth, pace, and intensity, and the practice is meant to be adapted to your body—not the other way around.
By listening inward and respecting your limits, you can avoid strain and build trust in your movement over time.
Using props like blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, or a chair makes each pose more accessible and supportive, so you can work with stability and ease rather than forcing flexibility. A good teacher will offer modifications and encourage rest whenever you need it.
As a general rule: move slowly, breathe steadily, and stop if you feel sharp pain, numbness, or dizziness. If you’re pregnant, recovering from surgery, or living with an injury or medical condition, let your teacher know so the practice can be safely tailored for you.
